Dudu Tassa & Berry Sakharof

As close as it can be

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The music video for Dudu Tassa and Berry Sakharof was shot during the Covid lockdown, which presented unique challenges and opportunities for us. Despite the difficulties posed by the lockdown, we were able to shoot in Beit Lessin Theater, an amazing theater that was closed due to Covid restrictions. This gave us the perfect setting to create an emotional and personal video that matched the tone of the song perfectly.

The song is a father-son story, and the director, Adam Gabay, used this as an opportunity to harness the talent of his own father, Sasson Gabay, a world-renowned actor. Adam himself also played a role in the video, bringing an even deeper level of emotion and personal connection to the project.

What’s unique about this video is that the artists themselves, Dudu Tassa and Berry Sakharof, do not appear in the video at all, despite being present during the shooting. This allows the focus to remain on the story and the emotions being conveyed, without any distractions or unnecessary elements.

Despite the challenges posed by the Covid lockdown, we were able to create a beautiful and powerful video that perfectly matched the tone and emotions of the song. The result is a deeply personal and moving piece of art that is sure to resonate with audiences around the world.
